This Position reports to:
Production SupervisorIn this role you will have the opportunity to support the Production Technician in defining processes. Each day you will learn to accomplish relevant tasks through on-the-job training and applying this knowledge to support production. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing the cost quality and on-time delivery of products.
The work model for the role is: Onsite Athens TN
Your role and responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a factory environment (concrete floor heat cold noise etc)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; frequent bending stooping twisting and lifting
- Safety Awareness use of company designated PPE
- Ability to work with a team
Qualifications for the role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to receive and understand verbal and written instructions and respond in English
- Proficient in Basic math skills
- Able to lift 10-30 pounds on a continual basis
