What awaits you/ Job Profile
| At BMW TechWorks India you will take on an exciting and challenging role in Digital Product Engineering. You will be part of a dynamic team working alongside BMW to develop innovative products for the future.Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing components and assembliesin CATIA V5 to meet the highest quality standards.
- Experience inof aluminum wheels (low pressure die casting) to ensure product performance and safety.
- Calculating natural frequencies strength and stiffnessof aluminum die-cast wheels to optimize structural integrity.
- Networking with other departmentsto continuously improve the simulation and CAD tool environment.
- Further developing a software toolfor parameter optimization of aluminum die-cast wheels in a high-level programming language (Synera-Toolchain).
- Documenting and presenting resultsto ensure transparency and traceability of work.
- Collaborating and communicatingwith a global supplier network to find the best solutions for our products.

What should you bring along
| To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Degree in mechanical engineering mechatronics or a comparable field.
- Solid knowledge of CATIA V5for efficient design creation.
- Experience in review simulations and FE calculationsto analyze product performance.
- Professional experience in wheel development or designto drive innovative solutions.
- Professional experience in aluminum low pressure die castingto understand and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in software development and optimizationto enhance our tools.
- Very good English skills both written and spoken for effective communication in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skillswithin a global supplier network to foster collaboration.

Must have technical skill | - Proficiency in CATIA V5 for component and assembly design.
- Strong background in simulation and FE calculations.
- Professional experience in wheel development or design.
- Knowledge of aluminum low pressure die casting processes.

Good to have Technical skills | - Familiarity with high-level programming languages for software development.
- Experience in parameter optimization tools.
- Understanding of material properties and their impact on design.
