New Hire Training (NHT):
Plan and execute structured NHT programs for outbound sales and inbound support teams.
Ensure throughput targets and batch readiness metrics are met consistently.
On-the-Job Training (OJT) Management:
Oversee OJT batches monitor performance metrics (SPA/TSV) and coordinate with operations for batch handover.
Implement interventions for underperforming batches to improve conversion readiness.
Continuous Learning:
Identify training needs from QA and performance reports; design refresher and upskilling modules accordingly.
Conduct product and process updates in alignment with campaign changes or new launches.
Content Development:
Create review and upgrade training content SOPs and learning aids to ensure clarity relevance and engagement.
Sales & Communication Coaching:
Deliver sessions focused on empathy storytelling objection handling and persuasive donor engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Quality Operations and HR to align learning outcomes with business goals and employee development.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain training dashboards throughput % post-training performance feedback scores and improvement trends.
