Job Summary

1. Project Management and Delivery:

o Define priorities and scope; ensure on-time within scope and on budget delivery.
o Develop and maintain detailed project plans; manage resources schedules and
budgets.
o Proven experience in driving project change initiatives.
o Ensure project aligns with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

o Collaborate with business units IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements
and ensure smooth project execution.
o Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
3. Governance and Compliance:

o Experience of working in a regulated environment with exposure to global regulatory
requirements including GDPR SOX PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
o Implement robust governance practices to manage risks and ensure compliance.

4. Team Coordination and Leadership:
o Lead cross-functional teams work alongside project managers control owners
business analysts and technical specialists. Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to
maintain project momentum.

o Proven track record of working with technical cybersecurity and/or operations teams.
o Lead geographically disbursed team and pull them together to achieve common
objectives.

Excellent written and verbal communications

5. Process Improvement:

o Continuously evaluate processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency
scalability and security.
o Develop and implement best practices for project delivery.
6. Risk and Issue Management
o Identify assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
o Proactively manage issues and dependencies to avoid project delays.

7. Documentation
o Project initiation planning execution monitoring and closure documentation including
but not limit project charter project plan various status report performance report and
project closeout report.

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Experience:
o Minimum 7 10 years of project management experience.

2. Project Management Skills:
o Expertise in Agile Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies.
o Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA Microsoft Project or equivalent.
o Proactive attitude to delivery
o Go getter and provides input into discussions to help drive things forward.
o Able to adapt to technology well and is confident in discussion.
o Presents well and is able to hold meaningful discussions and challenge where needed.
o Support PoC/Pilot testing with Application owners to adopt open standards based
authentication protocols.
o Work with Architecture on production infrastructure design.

3. Education and Certification:
o Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
o Project Management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile Certified Practitioner
(PMI-ACP).

4. Technical Expertise

o Is familiar with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft EntraID/Azure AD
o Technically versed on different authentication protocols i.e. Kerberos LDAP SAML
OIDC OAuth
o Can hold technical discussions to provide overviews and benefits of each
authentication protocol
o Previous experience working with applications/platforms to adopt authentication
protocols with an Identity Provider i.e. Active Directory (AD) Microsoft EntraID/Azure
AD
o Technically versed and has the ability to analyse review and adapt to different
technologies.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:
1. Banking Domain Expertise:
o Understanding of banking operations core banking systems and payment platforms.
o Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as NIST or COBIT.
2. Technical Expertise
o Good knowledge/understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
o Good knowledge/understanding of FIDO based authentication.
o Experience of working with global teams.
