Job Description:
Sales & Client Management
Manage client meetings site visits and negotiations to drive sales closures for commercial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and corporate clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through promotional mailers cold calling corporate tie-ups and networking activities.
Project & Market Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the project offerings pricing payment plans and commercial terms.
Provide legal economic and market-related advice to prospective clients.
Share market feedback customer insights and competitor analysis with management.
Coordination & Closures
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM legal finance) for booking formalities agreements and handovers.
Manage property closures including overseeing documentation and signing processes.
Ensure payment follow-ups and collections until execution and handover stages.
Marketing & Promotional Support
Support marketing and sales teams during promotional events site launches and client interactions.
Assist in executing sales campaigns and improving customer engagement strategies.
