Take charge of every detailfrom coordinating with all parties (lenders agents attorneys and clients) to ensuring accurate timely and smooth closings all while setting the standard for exceptional service.

What Youll Do

Drive the end-to-end escrow process for diverse residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Accurately prepare review and finalize all closing documents and escrow instructions.
Proactively troubleshoot complex issues and ensure strict adherence to all title industry regulations and compliance standards.
Serve as the key client and stakeholder contact while maintaining meticulous transaction files and records.

What Were Looking For

Proven success with 2-5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer (w/ small book of business preferred).
Deep functional expertise in Texas title and escrow procedures best practices and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with industry-leading software (e.g. SoftPro RamQuest Qualia or ResWare).
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive with an exceptional ability to manage multiple files.
Outstanding communication negotiation and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
