Location: San Antonio TX

Schedule Monday - Friday 8-5pm

Pay: $25.00 hourly paid weekly.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer Assistant to support a high-volume Commercial Escrow team. This role will assist with customer service file processing and administrative tasks related to escrow closings with exposure to both commercial and complex residential transactions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in escrow operations and is comfortable handling detailed fast-paced transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Escrow department
• Assist in clearing title and preparing escrow files for closing
• Prepare and review documents for various transaction types including:
• Wraps
• Assignments
• Mobile home transactions
• Simple closing statements
• Support escrow officers with large commercial transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with clients lenders agents and internal teams
• Assist with business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure all files and documentation are accurate complete and compliant
• May provide guidance or direction to junior escrow support staff

Qualifications

• 23 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant
• Experience handling complex residential transactions required
• Strong knowledge of escrow processes title clearing and closing procedures
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
