Were seeking a motivated and detail-orientedCommercial Title Officerwithstrong experience in Arizona real estate transactionsto join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Examine and service title files including reviewing and responding to objection letters
Prepare proforma policies and endorsements
Communicate effectively with Escrow Officers clients and surveyors
Review surveys recordings and issue final policies
Attend client meetings and assist with client or attorney inquiries
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively
Participate in underwriting seminarsor meetings and maintain positive relationships withunderwriters
Monitor and share updates on underwriting procedures or statutory changes
Update Exceptions and Requirements as underwriting rules or laws change.

Qualifications

Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
You must have at least 4 years of experience as Title Officer
Experience withRamQuestpreferred
Proficiency inMicrosoft Word and Outlook
Professional demeanor with a friendly mature approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
