About the Position

INTERNSHIPS TALENTO by IEFP 6-month of internships to help young people enter the job market or retrain the unemployed

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into understanding the intricacies of our business logic and industry-specific requirements.
• Familiarize yourself with our technology stack and development processes.
• Conduct regular code base clean-up and refactoring activities to streamline our software architecture.
• Once you have gained proficiency in our existing projects you will transition actively contributing to the development of new features.
• Collaborate with product managers to turn concepts into functional and user-friendly features.
• Participate in agile development processes including daily stand-ups sprint planning
• Document your work including code design decisions and technical documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Coding Proficiency: A solid foundation in coding (1-2 years) with a preference for Python experience in a professional environment. However we value strong coding fundamentals and a commitment to adhering to best practices.
• Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to continuously learn and enhance your skill set.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Fearlessly inquire when needed but also capable of independently finding solutions.
• Tech Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for emerging technologies and a willingness to explore and adopt them as needed.
• Collaborative Mindset: An open-minded approach flexibility and a strong team player who can also work independently when necessary.
