The Wüest Dimensions Product Team consists of multiple Scrum teams covering the full software lifecycle from conception prototyping development and operations/support. We serve a clientele deeply entrenched in the real estate market such as valuators asset managers and financial institutions. Wüest Dimensions our flagship product is a robust enterprise platform that encompasses a wide array of tasks serving our clientele. This includes developing sophisticated web frontends managing complex databases and backend systems implementing statistical models and creating seamless interfaces with third-party applications. 

Our team is located in Lisbon with 25 employees based at Avenidas Novas of Central Lisbon working in close collaboration with our headquarters in Zurich.

Your responsibility 

• Requirement Analysis & Software Development: Understand analyze and translate business needs into innovative software solutions
• Design & Development: Build efficient scalable and high-quality software aligned with business objectives
• Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to clarify refine and enhance requirements as well as foster an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across team
• Technical Expertise: Guide your peers with your technical skills and grow alongside a diverse group of professionals
• Our Tech Stack:
  • Java (21)/ Spring
  • Java Unit testing with Mockito & Junit
  • React / Angular

Qualifications :

Your profile

Are you striving for excellence and taking pride in delivering high-quality codes but you also recognizing the importance of pragmatic and efficient solutions when necessary

Then check here whether you bring the desired qualifications we would need:

• University degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or equivalent; Relevant technical certifications are a plus
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience (min. one year on a complex long-running project)
• Proven experience in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker Kubernetes Terraform Helm OpenShift etc.)
• Development lifecycle management in particular Git / BitBucket and working with Pull Requests
• Good familiarity with agile development methodologies especially SCRUM
• Highly organized team player with an agile mindset who brings excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English language written and verbal
