Job Type: Full-Time Night Shift (7:00 PM 3:00 AM IST) Experience: 1 5 Years
Job Description:
Value Technology is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time night shift role supporting our US clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for contract contract-to-hire and full-time positions across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and recruit qualified IT professionals using job boards (Dice Monster CareerBuilder) LinkedIn internal databases and referrals.
Understand and analyze job descriptions to identify key skills and match suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.
Negotiate compensation and contract terms with candidates (W2 C2C 1099).
Maintain and update ATS/CRM systems with candidate activity and records.
Collaborate with account managers to fulfill client hiring needs efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and US work authorization types (H1B GC USC etc.).
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and contribute to team success.
Required Skills:
1 5 years of US IT recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of the US staffing market and employment types (W2 1099 C2C).
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms and ATS tools.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of US work visas and immigration terminology is a plus.
Education:
Inter or Bachelors Degree (Graduation not mandatory for the right candidate).
