Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Manager Engineering:
#1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field is required.
#2. Strong leadership and team management experience with a proven record of guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams.
#3. Proficiency in CAD and FEA tools such as SolidWorks AutoCAD and related analysis software.
#4. Deep understanding of production processes quality standards and safety regulations.
#5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Responsibilities of the Manager Engineering:
The Engineering Manager will oversee and lead the Research and development team including the Electromechanical Design and Product System Engineers at client. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful development integration and implementation of innovative technology and data security products. The Engineering Manager will guide the engineering team ensure adherence to design standards and maintain high levels of productivity and innovation.
Requirements of the Manager Engineering:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field is required. A Masters degree in business is preferred.
Minimum required job experience to adequately perform the duties defined:
- At least 7 years of experience in engineering management or a related role.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Extensive experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software and techniques.
- Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Attributes/ Skills
- Proven experience as an engineering manager.
- Knowledge of production management quality standards and safety regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Must be able to read analyze and interpret written materials in English.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English effectively.
