_{Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift role. This position plays a critical role in delivering advanced respiratory care to patients across various hospital units including emergency services. The ideal candidate is a skilled and adaptable team player with experience in high-acuity settings and a strong foundation in ventilator management.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and interventions across multiple care units.}
_{Provide emergency respiratory support during Rapid Response and Code Blue situations.}
_{Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment including:}
_{Bipap V60}
_{Puritan Bennett 980 Ventilators}
_{LTV1200 Transport Ventilators}
_{Airvo2 (Heated High Flow)}
_{Optiflow Systems}
_{Resmed S10 CPAP Machines}
_{Conduct Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) preferred but not required.}
_{Accurately document all interventions and assessments using EPIC EMR.}
_{Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.}
_{Float to affiliated facilities (Tomahawk Howard Young Eagle River) as operationally needed.}

_{Qualifications:}

_{Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist License CRT not accepted}
_{NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Required}
_{BLS & ACLS Certifications Required}
_{NRP Certification Preferred}
_{Minimum 1 year of recent respiratory care experience Required}
_{Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) experience Highly Preferred}
