_{Position Overview:}

_{The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating planning and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician. This role aims to restore function relieve pain and prevent disability following disease injury or loss of a body part. The therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their highest level of physical function and independence.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized therapy plans.}
_{Administer therapeutic treatments and physical agents in accordance with physician instructions.}
_{Assist patients in regaining function and adapting to physical limitations.}
_{Supervise and delegate duties to support staff including Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) aides and students.}
_{Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and billing.}
_{Participate in departmental performance improvement (PI) initiatives.}
_{Adhere to all infection control equipment safety and organizational safety policies.}
_{Provide care for patients across the lifespan including infants pediatrics adolescents adults and geriatrics.}

_{Qualifications:}

_{Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility with temporary letter to practice Required}
_{BLS Certification Required}
_{Experience in a physical disability or rehabilitation setting Preferred}
