Equipment Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in operating and maintaining the latest equipment and tools used in advanced joining processes.
Material Science: Educate students on material properties selection and their impact on the quality of joined components.
Troubleshooting: Develop trainees problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving issues related to advanced joining processes.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and training activities.

Qualifications:
5-7 Years for degree with 2-3 years training experience and 8-10 Years Experience for diploma with 2-3 years training experience or equivalent in a related field such as Materials Science Welding Technology or Metallurgy.
Proven experience in advanced joining techniques with a minimum of 2 years in a related role.
Certification in advanced welding brazing soldering or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols in advanced joining processes.
Exceptional communication and instructional skills.
Detail-oriented organized and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
