Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging brand-aligned posts and stories

Monitor performance metrics and optimize based on engagement reach and conversions

Stay on top of social trends formats and pop-culture moments to drive relevance
-
Influencer & Creator Management
-
Identify shortlist and onboard influencers across categories (micro to macro)
-
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns - from briefing coordination and content approvals to tracking deliverables and reporting ROI
-
Build long-term relationships with creators who align with the brands tone and ethos.
-
Maintain a database of influencers with performance metrics and engagement insight
-
Community & Engagement
-
Respond to comments DMs and brand mentions to nurture a strong authentic community
-
Drive engagement through polls giveaways challenges and collaborations
-
Track sentiment and consumer conversations to inform brand strategy

Analytics & Reporting
-
Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key learnings wins and improvement areas

Use insights to guide future content and influencer planning
