Job Summary

Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service
Exp: 7Yrs
Location: Hyderabad

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems (CIS/MIS) Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training Or
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing developing implementing Monitoring and Support largescale applications in hosted production environments on prem and in the cloud

Skills:
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service especially Omnichannel features.
Strong Experience with PCF control development. (Power Apps framework)
Proficiency in Power Platform: Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages.
Good understanding of Azure services particularly API authentication and integration.

Good to have:
Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics (preferred).
Knowledge of Dataverse JavaScript and C# is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
