What awaits you/ Job Profile | - As an Ops Engineer you will support and maintain MS Dynamics CRM applications both on-Premise and Cloud environments. You will manage user access handle data queries monitor integration systems prepare reports and own deployment activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Deeper functional understanding of Sales systems.
- Manage and resolve tickets related to MS Dynamics CRM and Power Platform including escalated and complex issues.
- Provide advanced support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales Customer Service) and related cloud services (Azure).
- Monitor and maintain integration systems and troubleshoot data exchange issues.
- Manage user access and permissions within MS Dynamics and associated platforms.
- Own and execute deployment activities: installation configuration version control updates patches and environment setups (Dev Test Prod).
- Analyze recurring system issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Prepare and deliver reports on system performance and user activities.

What should you bringalong | - Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM (on-Premise & Cloud) Power Platform and Azure services.
- Experience in managing CRM deployment updates and version control across multiple environments.
- Ability to handle critical production incidents and work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data queries and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with XML/JSON for integrations and API data exchange.
