Job Description

Lead and manage program initiatives focusing on stakeholder engagement and benefits management Develop and implement strategies for effective account management and mining to maximize client value Collaborate with cross functional teams to align program objectives with organizational goals Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance quality and risk mitigation Monitor program performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in program delivery Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and expectation management Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and support business development efforts Provide expertise in managing complex programs within the program management family

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication Oversee benefits management processes including identification tracking and reporting of project benefits Drive account management strategies to deepen client relationships and expand service offerings Lead account mining activities to identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts Develop and enforce project governance policies standards and procedures across program activities Manage risk identification mitigation and issue resolution throughout the program lifecycle Facilitate regular status reporting governance meetings and executive updates to maintain transparency Collaborate with leadership to align resources and priorities with program objectives Mentor and guide junior program staff to promote best practices and professional growth
