Role Overview

The Salesforce Tech Lead will oversee and drive Salesforce implementation projects delivering solutions across Sales and Service Clouds. This role combines hands-on development with leadership leveraging expertise in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and API integrations. The role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and ensure quality in Salesforce development adhering to best practices.
Design and develop custom solutions using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and architecture consistency.
Optimize data models processes and integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST SOAP).
Conduct code reviews troubleshoot issues and enhance performance.
Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate on solution architecture and prioritize technical requirements with business analysts.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science IT or related field.
8 years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
Proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong skills in SOQL SOSL and data modeling.
Experienced in Salesforce API integration.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer I (PD1) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills.
Experience in advanced Lightning development and scalable solution implementation.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Proven experience in conducting performance tuning and optimizing Salesforce code for efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to drive technical innovation implementing solutions that enhance scalability and performance across enterprise-level applications.
