Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator serves as a technical leader and declarative expert leveraging advanced Flow capabilities to engineer scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will spearhead critical projects and mentor a team of administrators fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes support innovation and continuous operational improvement. Blending hands-on engineering with strategic oversight you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure high-performance outcomes that drive business success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design build and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative technologies (Flows custom objects) while identifying opportunities for automation to ensure performance scalability and security.
Serve as the Technical Lead on projects collaborating with Architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions that align with strategic goals.
Mentoring Administrators and fostering a supportive environment that encourages independent problem-solving and professional growth.
Maintain high system standards by leading peer reviews unit testing and expert-level troubleshooting supported by comprehensive technical documentation to ensure long-term sustainability.
Act as a technical consultant for Business Analysts and Project Managers bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities to ensure project success.
Drive thought leadership and continuous improvement by staying current with Salesforce updates and organizing training initiatives (webinars lunch-and-learns) to elevate the teams expertise.
Skills:
The role requires proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions distinguishing user requests from underlying true needs and reconciling conflicts from multiple sources.
Candidates must possess deep knowledge of general CRM architecture SFDC methodologies and security protocols ensuring code quality through peer reviews and unit testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders at all levels managing expectations laterally and upwards and fostering a collaborative culture.

Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience acting as a Technical Lead and mentoring Salesforce teams including contractors while overseeing multiple projects to ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines.
Work history should demonstrate success in Agile or Scrum environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Technical delivery expertise is required in Service Cloud Omni-Channel and Case Management alongside a proven track record in declarative development including Flows automation and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to design and implement new processes facilitate user adoption and assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications.

Candidates should possess a holistic business insight to align complex configurations with organizational goals providing high-level architectural guidance and assessing long-term data impacts across the ecosystem.
Additional desired skills include knowledge of Einstein Analytics and Marketing Cloud strategic process automation and the ability to execute cutting-edge solutions for operational efficiency.
