Job Summary

Role: Automation Solution Architect (UiPath GenAI)

Location: Sunnyvale CA

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Tuesday to Thursday at client office; no remote option)

Visa Requirement: Visa Independent candidates only (US Citizens Green Card holders)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver scalable secure automation solutions across business areas (supply chain finance ops customer service).
Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle - from requirement gathering to post-production support.
Identify AI RPA opportunities aligned with client objectives.
Integrate UiPath and GenAI solutions with enterprise systems (APIs REST SOAP JSON XML).
Pilot Agentic AI solutions and define CoE standards reusable assets and governance.
Mentor and guide automation and AI teams.

Required Skills:

7 years overall in AI/ML; 3 years in Generative AI.
Strong UiPath automation and solution architecture background.
Hands-on with LLMs (GPT Claude LLaMA) Python LangChain Hugging Face OpenAI APIs.
Proven experience leading automation/AI CoE or enterprise programs.
Familiarity with retail/manufacturing processes.

Preferred:

Experience in hybrid AI RPA environments.
MLOps responsible AI and model monitoring.
GenAI integration with Salesforce SAP or ServiceNow.
Cloud experience (AWS Azure or GCP).
