Our Land Use and Environmental Practice advises on some of the most sophisticated and high-impact development projects shaping Californias future. From transformative urban infrastructure to innovative private developments our team plays a critical role in navigating the complex landscape of land use and environmental law.
We are currently seeking experienced attorneys (minimum 7 years) to join our offices in Los Angeles Oakland or San Diego. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to major projects that influence how communities grow and evolve across the state.
What You will Do:
- Advise clients on complex land use entitlements regulatory permitting and environmental review processes.
- Provide strategic guidance on CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) compliance and planning issues.
- Manage a diverse range of matters across public and private development projects.
- Collaborate with talented attorneys and clients to shape practical results-oriented legal strategies.
- (Preferred) Engage in land use litigation and contribute to resolving high-stakes regulatory disputes.
What Were Looking For:
- 7 years of relevant experience in land use and environmental law.
- Substantial knowledge of CEQA planning and zoning laws and Californias land use framework.
- Strong research writing and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within collaborative teams.
