Associate or Counsel

We are seeking Associate and Counsel-level litigators to join a nationally recognized trial and litigation boutique with offices in Washington D.C. Seattle and Miami. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes complex litigation across jurisdictions with meaningful responsibility from day one.

You will be involved in all phases of litigation including investigations pleadings discovery motion practice depositions and trial preparation. The practice focuses primarily on plaintiff-side litigation providing the chance to take ownership of cases develop courtroom skills and work directly with clients in matters that often shape industries and public policy.

Candidates who demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a remote environment will also be considered.

What Youll Need:

• 2 10 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong background in complex litigation including motion practice and discovery
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Top academic credentials
• A demonstrated passion for litigation and trial work
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Washington D.C. Washington State or Florida
• Experience working in a fast-paced litigation environment with demanding matters

Role Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $140000 $190000 per year
• Work Location: In-person preferred (DC WA or FL); remote considered for strong candidates
