Job Summary

Associate Attorney

We are looking for an experienced personal injury attorney to join our pre-litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of personal injury from onboarding to settlement negotiations. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-level junior associate or a senior associate to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a dynamic and supportive firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files.
Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations.
Gather and analyze medical records police reports and other evidence.
Communicate regularly with clients insurance adjusters and medical providers.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with our litigation team on cases that proceed to trial.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Missouri. (Illinois also preferred)
3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
