Were looking for a motivated and detail-orientedHuman Resource Intern to support our Talent Acquisition department with key functions including administration recruitment background checks and office management.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist withday-to-day administration maintaining employee records updating databases and managing documentation.
- Supporttalent acquisitionefforts post job ads screen CVs schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct and managebackground and reference checksto ensure compliance and candidate integrity.
- Assist inonboarding and inductionof new employees.
- Contribute tooffice management supporting team logistics supplies and coordination of HR-related activities.
- Provide generalsupport to the Recruitment team
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification inHuman Resource Management Industrial Psychology or related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- A proactive professional attitude and willingness to learn.
