- Understand client requirements and match the right candidates efficiently.
- Conduct interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners and key stakeholders.
- Manage client accounts ensuring timely and quality-driven recruitment solutions.
- Track candidate data and recruitment metrics to identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience in recruitment or account management (MSP experience preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
