Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Responsibilities
Make high-volume cold calls to property owners using the provided database and Batch Leads CRM system
Engage homeowners in conversation and maintain interest throughout the qualification process
Execute the qualification checklist to determine property equity and seller motivation
Assess whether property owners are willing to sell within target price ranges
Handle objections and questions confidently to maintain prospect engagement
Schedule and confirm walkthrough appointments with qualified prospects
Pass warm qualified leads to Ben or his partner for property evaluation
Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and prospect information in CRM
Follow up with prospects as needed to secure firm appointment commitments
Requirements
Strong communication skills with a natural phone presence
Sales experience in appointment setting lead generation or real estate
Real estate or wholesale experience is required
Ability to handle objections and maintain prospect engagement
Confidence in qualifying prospects and securing commitments
Experience with CRM systems and dialer technology preferred
Ability to work independently and manage high call volumes
Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and appointments
Scope & Expectations
Target Market: Entire state of Wisconsin (excluding remote northern areas)
Call Volume: prospects per week initially
Conversion Expectation: 12% of calls resulting in viable deals
Lead Qualification Criteria: Property equity assessment and willingness to sell
Price Range Targeting: Properties allowing 30100k profit margins
Appointment Setting: Schedule walkthroughs for Ben partner or maintenance team
CRM System: Batch Leads platform with integrated dialer
Growth Potential: Team expansion from 12 reps to 510 reps based on performance
