Summary of the Role:
Were looking for a Revenue Analystwho can bring the energy deliver results and raise the bar in a fast-growing HR technology this role youll shape data-driven strategies that fuel business growth and influence key decisions across the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. Youll leverage advanced analytics Salesforce and SQL to uncover insights optimize performance and drive impact. This is an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic collaborative environment while deepening your expertise in revenue operations and analytics and make a measurable difference in a rapidly scaling organization.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience to conduct full-funnel GTM workflow analysis including ICP targeting and market expansion recommendations.
- Ability to gather and interpret business intelligencefrom internal data industry reports and public sources to inform strategy.
- Develop and enhance reports and dashboardsusing Salesforce SQL Excel and advanced analytics tools.
- Solve reporting gapsand collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reliable data solutions.
- Partner with leadership to analyze business challengesand deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
- Perform territory expansion analysisand competitive intelligence to support strategic GTM initiatives.
- Document and manage GTM milestones training materials and market research for organizational alignment.
- Stay current on data standards and evolving specifications ensuring compliance and best practices.
