Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern for a 6-month onsite internship. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to IT Banking and FinTech projects supporting business analysis activities documentation and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
Support preparation of BRD FRD URD SRS and functional documents
Help create and maintain user manuals SOPs process flows and system documentation
Coordinate with IT product development QA and business teams
Assist in UAT activities user training and implementation support
Participate in requirement walkthroughs and discussions
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business IT Finance or related fields
Basic understanding or strong interest in Banking FinTech or IT systems
Good analytical documentation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Willingness to work full-time onsite for the complete internship duration
