This is a remote position.

Lead and manage influencer campaigns across different industries and platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients creators and partners.
Oversee influencer selection outreach negotiation and content approval.
Manage campaign budgets contracts timelines and reporting.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy creativity and delivery.

Requirements
46 years of experience in influencer marketing talent partnerships or digital campaign management.
Proven experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns and client accounts.
Strong negotiation communication and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of influencer trends and social media platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.).
Fluent in English; Greek is a strong plus.
Based in Cyprus or with relevant market knowledge and connections.
