Maximo Solution Architect

Location : Toronto (requires at least 2 days at onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maximo Architect to design implement and support IBM Maximo solutions that meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Maximo architecture integrations and customization along with experience leading technical teams in delivering enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement IBM Maximo architecture and solutions.

Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Oversee system configuration customization and integration with other enterprise systems.

Ensure system performance scalability and security.

Provide technical guidance and support to development and support teams.

Manage Maximo upgrades patches and environment setup.

Define and enforce best practices and standards for Maximo implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

710 years of experience with IBM Maximo EAM.

Strong knowledge of Maximo architecture integration frameworks (MIF) and automation scripting.

Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and deployment on cloud or hybrid environments preferred.

Familiarity with database administration (DB2/Oracle) and WebSphere/WebLogic.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant IBM Maximo certifications are a plus.
