Landscaper / Leading Hand High-End Residential Projects Sydney

- Work mostly across Sydneys North Shore & Northern Beaches with some Eastern Suburbs & Inner West projects.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Running small site crews and helping drive day-to-day delivery
- Working hands-on across all trades of landscaping including:
- Feature planting & garden builds
- Turfing soil prep & irrigation
- Retaining walls & edging
- Paving decking & outdoor structures
- Reading plans & keeping projects on track
- Working with clients builders & the project team
- Mentoring apprentices and sharing what you know

Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified landscaper (Cert III preferred)
- Confident on tools and across hard soft landscape elements
- White Card ( machinery tickets a bonus)
- Reliable switched-on & hungry to grow
- Good communicator team player & problem-solver
- Great attitude - we rate personality & culture fit as much as skill
Hours: MonFri 7am3:30/4pm
Most days youll head straight to site.
