About The Opportunity

Were looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Operations and Project Officer to support the delivery of capital maintenance and reactive projects across Councils venues and this role youll contribute to project planning risk management and financial reconciliation while ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance. Youll work closely with internal teams and contractors to help maintain safe sustainable and community-focused spaces.

About You

Youll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Qualifications and experience in project management with strong knowledge of facility operations
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
  • Experience in procurement tendering and contract management
  • A current C Class Drivers Licence
