- Responsible for increasing sales through direct contact with customers retaining
customers existing customers and prospecting potential new customers
- Responsible for evaluating the expressed or latent needs of customers proposing
solutions suitable
- Responsible for disclosing tariffs and products as well as their characteristics to
customers always safeguarding the companys ability to respond to customer
needs.
- Responsible for the weekly planning of the visits to be carried out taking into
account the category of the customer the problems that may exist follow-up or
renegotiation
- Responsible for submitting price proposals being your responsibility to always
inform a change to what was initially agreed upon.
- Responsible for developing a good business relationship between customers and
Europcar.
- Responsible for updating data contact strategy and customer follow-up actions
through Salesforce
- Responsible for opening customer accounts and implementing commercial
agreements through the Salesforce (SAR)
