Position Overview
As an Enrollment Specialist at Ednovate you will support student enrollment and recruitment work at our schools during the busiest time of year for this work. Working closely with one of our school leaders and the network student enrollment team you will execute on a robust student enrollment strategy and process to meet our goal of 100% enrollment. As the primary point of contact for students and families in processing enrollment and registration you will provide excellent customer service and ensure airtight follow up and follow through. This is a part-time non-exempt role that reports to the Chief of Schools. Please note: This seasonal position is available from January to June for six hours per day four days per week.
What Youll Do
Support the execution of a multi pronged student recruitment strategy. Provide support with the planning and execution of strategic and cultivating student recruitment events at our schools and in the community. Distribute communications and marketing materials including flyers and presentations to drive applications. Attend community events and fairs to inform eligible families and promote Ednovate schools.
Provide excellent support to families. Communicate with families to provide proactive support and answer questions throughout the lottery and enrollment process which includes answering enrollment and registration questions via phone online mail and/or in person and assisting families with completing enrollment applications (paper and online) in a timely and thorough manner. Follow up with families after the lottery to offer spots and secure acceptance until achieving the schools enrollment target goals. Manage the registration process by distributing communications following up with families and supporting the collection and input of registration documents until 100% registration is complete.
Support enrollment operations. Support the management of SchoolMint our online enrollment and lottery system. Input and organize data gathered from canvassing outreach phone-banking and other recruitment and enrollment activities. Monitor progress towards goals and make meaningful and timely adjustments.

Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
Working knowledge of word processing database and spreadsheet applications required
Canvassing phone-banking or event management experience preferred
Knowledge and cultural competence regarding the communities served by Ednovate preferred
Knowledge of public education and charter schools preferred
