Job Summary
As a Network Associate within Network Management you support Network Managers in overseeing agent banks and financial market infrastructures. You coordinate information requests maintain documentation and assist with market updates and due diligence activities. You act as a key point of contact for stakeholders ensuring timely execution and escalation of issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Network Managers in closing agent bank oversight actions
- Coordinate information requests from lines of business and relevant areas
- Assist Network Managers in creating Newsflashes about market developments
- Update and review market information periodically
- Manage changes to agent banks and ensure accurate updates
- Maintain agent bank contact information promptly
- Handle inquiries related to agent bank population
- Coordinate signing of approved legal documents and fee schedules
- Maintain legal documentation repository for the region
- Prepare agent bank senior briefing memos
- Participate in ad-hoc projects for Network Management and lines of business
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Hold a bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate at least 7 years of financial services experience
- Analyze risk with strong analytical skills
- Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills
- Build relationships with key product operations and business partners
- Organize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Apply sound judgment to make informed decisions independently
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Utilize advanced skills in Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Apply experience with Alteryx or Tableau for data analysis
- Manage stakeholder relationships and build rapport with senior management
- Adapt quickly to new skills and knowledge
- Negotiate innovative solutions to challenges and issues
- Structure work to balance growth internal control and quality output
