| - Monitor and maintain IT systems ensuring 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Operation of infrastructure based on Linux Java and C.
- Document IT processes and procedures to improve knowledge sharing across the team..
- Perform all tasks in a 100% agile manner according to the agile guidelines agreed by the department.
- Try to resolve all incidents within SLA ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and assist inthe deployment and maintenance of APPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersto resolve escalated technical issues.

What should you bring along
| Must Have - Experience in IT Infrastructure Management and/or Operations/2nd Level Support.
- Understanding ofITIL Processes Monitoring and Automation Tools.
- Knowledge of Linux operations systems network protocols storage environments and file systems.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills.
- Ability to operate in an intercultural environment (international platform).
- Ability to work as part of a team interdependent as well as independently and complete deliverables on time.
- System Troubleshooting & Maintenance.
Nice to Have: - Experience in IT middleware architectures based on Linux
- Hands on experience in C and / or Java Programming
