Lemieux & Associates a national leader in investigative services is seeking an HR Generalist with national HR compliance expertise to manage HR operations and ensure multi-state compliance. This role requires discretion attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your Mission
As our HR Generalist youll:
- Ensure compliance across multiple states-labor laws regulations and company policies must be airtight.
- Recruit like a detective-spot talent others might miss.
- Handle sensitive information with care-confidentiality is key.
- Solve employee relations puzzles and maintain harmony.
- Support company policies and HR best practices.
- Keep records accurate and secure.
What Were Looking For
- Strong knowledge of national HR compliance is a must - multi-state labor laws and regulations (3 years of HR experience including multi-state compliance).
- Proven experience in HR operations (recruitment onboarding benefits employee relations).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-trust environment.
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- Bonus points if you love solving problems and thinking like an investigator.
