Job Summary

Your role and responsibilities

Converting SAP requirements from the plants into purchase orders
Forwarding purchase orders to suppliers
Tracking order confirmations and maintaining order records in the SAP system
Monitoring open purchase orders and ensuring compliance with delivery schedules
Coordinating between plant and supplier when order and delivery dates differ if required
Updating and maintaining data for regular internal reports

Your profile and qualifications

Student in the fields of business administration engineering or similar
Fundamental understanding of business administration
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong initiative and analytical skills for complex issues combined with a collaborative mindset
Fluent German and English skills
Availability to work four days per week is desirable
