Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Director-Foundation-Mission Outreach SMD SFL SAE GSS. The Director-Foundation-Mission Outreach SMD SFL SAE GSS advances all assigned fundraising functions on behalf of the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis Foundation (HSSFF) with direct focus on HSHS St. Marys Hospital St. Francis Hospital St. Anthonys Hospital Good Shepherd Hospital and Mission Outreach where the Director is also the lead fundraiser. Ensures successful strategies to accomplish annual goals through the management of major gift functions annual giving programs and a yearly calendar of events. Develops an overall plan and direction for major donor activities with an associated work plan detailing short and long-term goals specific action steps and deliverables and monitors the Foundations metrics the success of the major gifts partnership with hospital and Mission Outreach leadership the director is the accountable leader to define and affirm market fundraising campaigns and fundraising priorities.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications business finance or related field is required.
  • Masters degree in marketing communications business finance or related field is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years experience in fund-raising public relations marketing or a related field is required.
  • 5 to 7 years progressively more responsible leadership experience or equivalent is required.
