Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our this role you will be responsible for analysing monitoring and maintaining the organisations computer systems networks and related infrastructure components.
A snapshot of your duties:
- Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Endpoint Device Management (Intune);
- Application packaging and deployment;
- Provide administration and localised support for the corporate network;
- Administer network environment including switches storage LANs/WANs enterprise server hardware firewalls etc;
- Support update and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory and group policy;
- Administer the Citrix Cloud environment and master images;
- Administer the messaging and collaboration environment M365 and Cisco Webex;
- Deploy and administer critical and security patch deployments for the workstations and server environment in line with IT security vulnerability assessments;
- Administer backup management solutions Veeam and Azure Backup;
- Manage virtual servers through VM Virtual Centre and Azure Portal;
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Youll come to us with demonstrated experience in a similar role with experience in monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure issues and a proficiency in network protocols and security best practices. Youll be a strong communicator with a focus on detail and documentation.
Some of your other experience includes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- MECM and Intune required including application packaging and deployment
- Experience with Windows Domain services - Active Directory Group Policy DNS and DHCP
- Familiarity with Powershell scripting including infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is advantageous
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools is desirable
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA MCSA) are preferred
