Job Summary

Amazon Global Selling (AGS) has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today more than 50% of Amazons total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazons 19 overseas marketplaces and supporting local Sellers success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

The Global Selling Product team collaborates with many Amazons global teams to support the high-growth global selling business continuously identify new opportunities and drive new initiatives through design development launch and post-launch management. We are seeking a talented data driven and proven Senior Product Manager to lead the Seller Growth and Seller Quality team in China and the US. This Manager will own cross-team efforts focusing on Seller quality and growth to support Global Selling team to partner hand in hand with Product teams in US and China.

The Senior Manager Product Manager will be a key person to shape AGS Global Seller Quality and Success strategy and initiatives across the full suite of products throughout selection lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional fast-paced environment; has strong product/program management and communication skills proven experience on influencing cross-org global stakeholders and is a strong people manager who leverages his coaching and leadership skills to develop the next generation of leaders for AGS.


Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Seller Growth and Seller Quality team.
- Identify opportunities across the Global Selling selection segments and life cycle build up new products/services to help the growth and success of Global Selling selection define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products.
- Clearly define and communicate Seller Experience pain points gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Raise the bar on Seller experience and work with product and tech teams to improve product features.
- Work with business and marketing functions to drive go-to-market plan.


- 12 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
