Title: Nursing Manager
Job Duties: Under the supervision of the administrator the Nursing Manager directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing including but not limited to infection control pharmacy laboratory quality assurance medical records and staff education. The manager ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The manager is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and addition the manager supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Licensed registered nurse and shall be employed 40 hours per week.
- Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.
- Current licensure in the State of California as a registered nurse.
- CPR and first aid certified. (American Heart Association preferred)
- Will meet all applicable regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR NANDA PSR and recovery principles.
- Knowledgeable of all applicable regulations and standards.

About the Campus: The Crestwood Ponderosa Healing House is a brand-new 16-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located on San Mateo Countys redesigned Cordilleras Health and Healing Campus. We provide trauma-informed recovery programs for medically compromised residents without invasive needs. Our program emphasizes a positive therapeutic culture that empowers both residents and staff to grow and thrive.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidates skills experience licensure and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$130000 - $140000 USD
