Your Task:
- Design & Prototype: Create wireframes prototypes and design assets for web and mobile platforms
- Solve & Simplify: Tackle complex challenges by crafting user-focused intuitive solutions
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with cross-functional teams participate in sprints and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors
- Research & Refine: Contribute to user research and testing and iterate based on insights feedback and trends
Qualifications :
- Strong Foundation: A degree in a relevant field (Design HCI Psychology CS) and a portfolio that reflects user-centered thinking
- Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn grow and push UX boundaries with curiosity and initiative
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills openness to diverse perspectives and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- Design Skills: A sharp eye for detail user advocacy and basic knowledge of tools like Figma
