Answer and manage customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Address inquiries provide solutions and resolve concerns with confidence
Deliver accurate information while following established call flows and processes
Document and log customer interactions following quality standards
Coordinate with higher-level support teams for concerns outside your scope
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment

Senior High School (K-12) graduate or College undergraduate
Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcomeno BPO experience required!
Good English communication skills
