Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of RPA solutions using Pega RPA Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation needs evaluate the opportunity for automation and convert them into technical solutions.
- Define solution architecture conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in RPA domains.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
- Monitor the performance and stability of automation bots and PEGA applications in production.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) tool evaluations and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards as well as platform guardrail development best practices in all automation implementations.
- Manage project timelines resource allocation and report progress to leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams (QA DevOps business analysts) to ensure smooth delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of overall IT experience with 5 years in PEGA RPA.
- Hands-on experience in Pega RPA Platform including bot creation RoboManager configuration and scheduling and bot insights.
- Experience or strong knowledge in PEGA PRPC including case design flows activities data pages integrations and rules management is a plus
- Experience in integrating RPA with BPM systems or other enterprise applications (e.g. SAP Salesforce Oracle).
- Solid understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Hybrid work model: In-office on Monday Wednesday and Friday.
- Working Time: India shift timings will be until 11:30 PM IST
- Work Location: Hyderabad Chennai & Pune
