We are seeking an experienced UKG Boomi Integration Engineer with strong expertise in WFC and WFM integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining integration pipelines between UKG Pro/Central Logile and other enterprise systems ensuring high performance scalability and reliability.

• Design develop and maintain integrations using UKG Boomi for Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Management (WFM).

• Build and manage integration pipelines between UKG Pro/Central Logile and other source/target systems.

• Utilize and customize UKG Boomi templates to accelerate integration development.

• Ensure compliance with UKG Boomi enablement and development standards as mandated by UKG.

• Design and implement scalable secure and high-performance technical integration solutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal development teams and third-party vendors to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.

• Perform optimization tuning and performance enhancements of integration workflows.

• Design and execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for integration solutions.

• Write well-designed testable and maintainable code following best practices.

• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.

• Integrate software components into fully functional enterprise systems.

• Develop and execute software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

• Document maintain and update software functionality and integration logic.

• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing integrations and systems.

• Deploy integration programs and evaluate user feedback for continuous improvement.

• Ensure systems are updated with the latest features and enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to project plans enterprise architecture guidelines and industry standards.

• Perform ad-hoc software and integration duties as required by the business.

• UKG Boomi Integration Development (WFC / WFM)

• UKG Boomi Lab Certification (Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with UKG Boomi Templates

• Designing and executing software verification plans and QA procedures

• Troubleshooting debugging and upgrading enterprise integration systems

• Strong understanding of SDLC and integration best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Team player with the ability to collaborate across teams and vendors

• UKG Boomi Lab Certification Mandatory

• UKG Boomi Enablement Training from UKG (Required to develop integrations)
