Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications user stories and process flows to drive improvements across the business.
- Define and document business processes data flows RACI models and system requirements to support business operation and transformation.
- Facilitate workshops interviews and working sessions to gather document and validate business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and future state processes.
- Designing leading and implementing new processes and solution updates.
- Partners closely with Product Owners Process Owners and project teams to ensure alignment between business requirements system requirements and the delivered change.
- Support User Acceptance Testing development of training materials and change management activities.
- Advocate of the enterprise business process framework and building trusted business partner relationships.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Knowledge:
- Degree in Business Information Systems Management and Information Technology Business Analytics Information Systems Management Business Administration with IT or Systems focus Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 3 5 years experience as a Business Analyst preferably within complex corporate environments or multi-entity organizations.
- Expert knowledge of structured process innovation problem-solving tools/methodologies and customer journey mapping. LEAN Kaizen or Six Sigma background would be desirable.
Analytical & Critical Thinking:
- Skilled in requirements gathering root cause and gap analysis SWOT assessments and structured decision-making to drive business improvements.
Data Interpretation & Insight Generation:
- Proficient in analysing large datasets and reports to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experienced with tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Visio Excel Power BI SQL JIRA and Azure DevOps; capable of creating process models wireframes and prototypes.
Project Delivery & Agile Methodologies:
- Demonstrated success in supporting digital transformations using Agile Scrum and hybrid approaches including UAT training and change management.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong facilitation stakeholder engagement and communication skills; proactive self-motivated and effective at resolving issues and motivating teams.
