Be the face of the community - providing excellent resident service and ensuring a clean welcoming and well-maintained property.
Oversee leasing move-ins rent collection and resident communications to keep the community running smoothly.
Collaborate closely with your maintenance technician and regional manager to manage daily operations efficiently.
Gain valuable experience in compliance budgeting and leadership within a respected property management company.
What Youll Do
Manage daily community operations including leasing rent collection and resident relations.
Enforce lease agreements and company policies with fairness and professionalism.
Respond promptly to resident inquiries maintenance requests and emergencies.
Oversee property inspections turnovers and vendor services to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate records prepare reports and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
Foster a positive community-focused environment that reflects our company values and commitment to resident satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
2 years of multifamily property management or leasing experience (preferred)
Strong communication organizational and customer-service skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing and Washington State landlord-tenant laws (RCW 59.18)
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AppFolio or similar property management software a plus
Dependable professional and team-oriented approach
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
